TWSBCD JUNE 2009 ISSUE CAN BE RETRIEVED AND PRINTED ON TWSBCD MENU.
During January 20-23, 2009, the Executive Committee and Board of Directors met at New Life Deaf Fellowship in Fort Worth, Texas for 2009 conference planning. The purpose of this meeting was the selection of workshops, worship guests and several discussions on childcare and registrations. There will be many wonderful programs for JrSBCD, KidSBCD, and LittleKidSBCD.
CHILDCARE: Lifeway Ridgecrest Conference will provide childcare service for the age 11 and under. Parents will need to inform the registration desk in order to ensure that their child or children may use this service.
You can make your 2009 lodging reservations at Lifeway Ridgecrest Conference Center. The form can be retrieved from this website and printed. A deposit of $ 25 per person is required in order to guarantee the room. Ridgecrest Lodging/Meal Information is on the "CONFERENCE" page for your view. Lodging Reservation Form can be retrieved under the label, “CONFERENCE” from this website. Fill out the form and mail it with payment to:

CENTER USAGE FEE: Persons attending this event who are not being housed in Ridgecrest lodging will be charged a Campus Usage Fee of $12.00 per adult/youth (age 12 years and up) per day. If a person comes to 2 or more days of SBCD, he/she will pay $25. There is no Center Usage Fee for children 11 and under. No meals are included in this usage fee. You can purchase the meal tickets at the registration desk before going into the dining room.

Credit Cards are no longer used due to the small volume of people using them in the past. NO DEPOSITS will be accepted. The FULL PAYMENT is required in order to guarantee the name tags that will be given near the registration desk at the hotel on July 25th. It should be quicker and smoother processing.
“Participant Form” – Everyone must fill out the form and have it notarized. These form(s) can be retrieved from under the box title “REGISTRATION”. Fill out the participant and indemnification forms and send them with the SBCD registration form.
A new program called "SBCD Biggest Loser" challenges everyone who desire to lose weight during the year. A weekly announcement will be posted under the "Home Page" on this website.
